Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Purpose**
Perform production support activities according to EHS guidelines and in a cGMP compliant manner
following procedures and instructions.

**Major Accountabilities**
- Involve in hands-on execution of the production support and trouble-shooting
- Perform production support activities such as small parts cleaning, autoclaving, area cleaning and
housekeeping, equipment surface cleaning, materials/consumables transfers and management of
production storage locations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in GMP and Safety audits
- Train team members on-the-job
- Adhere to any applicable EHS requirements
- Commit to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behave in accordance with The Company Values and Behaviors
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Conformance to production, project schedule, measured in time
- Number and severity of process deviations
- Able to collaborate effectively, both internally and externally
- No avoidable HSE and Quality incidents
**Education (minimum/desirable)**:
At least Nitec chemical process technology or equivalent
**Languages**:
English fluent in speaking and writing
**Experience**:
Some biotech/pharmaceutical/process industry experiences

**Other requirements**:

Able to work on rotating shift in clean room environment
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Requires handling of materials such as acids, alkalis, solvents and powdered media;
