Reporting to the Director, Sponsorship & Partnership, the position will be:

- Engaging in the creation of strategies for fundraising and donor stewardship engagement
- Spearheading, planning and implementing fundraising projects and events
- Working closely with Marcom and Board FR committee for related matters especially major events organization and execution
- Cultivating new donors and maintaining excellent rapport with existing donors for their continued support
- Conducting research, data mining and analysis for donor management using Salesforce
- Acting as liaison with NCSS and other external agencies for all donation related activities
- Taking care of the end-to-end Donor Journey (from pitch decks to funding proposals to thank you letters)
- Managing of online and third party’s donations
- Responsible for the correspondences of all donations
- Preparing and presenting reports for fundraising activities and results
- Liaising with finance department for processing and designation of donations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/professional degree in related field
- Proven experience and track record in fundraising or similar capacity
- either SSA, corporate, government-related, or non-profit
- Independent, organised, meticulous, analytical and creative with good critical thinking skills
- Collaborator with excellent oral, written, communication and people skills
- Event organisation experience is vital
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects
- Strong leadership qualities and team management
- Great with digital stuff and social media
