**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct daily EHS inspections at sites per day
- Update both good and bad findings on Monolith, and ensure all non-compliances are rectified before closing the case
- Take necessary disciplinary actions e. issuing verbal warning/warning letters, to worker(s) who do not conform to safety regulations even after reminders
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting and mass toolbox meeting
- Conduct safety training, RA and SWP on a regular basis
- In case of any accidents, EHS Coordinator to assist with the necessary follow up actions e.g. accompanying worker(s) to clinic etc.
- In case of any incidents/accidents, EHS Coordinator to conduct investigation and prepare Incident Investigation Report, and educate worker(s) involved on necessary preventive/corrective actions
- Conduct weekly EHS meeting with Operations team; with sharing of EHS related news and common findings from the past week
- Conduct weekly joint inspection with Division heads (PICs)
- Assist with preparation of documentation during audit (ISO, Bizsafe Star)
- Maintain and upkeep of department's EHS Documentation
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior/Head of Department

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Advance Certificate in WSH Level B or Diploma in WSH or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a relevant field
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and in a team

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Only Singaporeans
- 6 days work week.
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.
