**Wedding Producer**

**Project Management**:

- Manage projects with clients, vendors, internal & external team.
- Create scheduling, budgeting & conduct quality check.
- On time delivery of client’s products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws.

**Pre-Production**:

- Meet up with clients to discuss on actual event & deliverables.
- Go through scheduling and liaise with finance team on payment matters.
- Plan mood board and story flow based on client’s expectations.
- Discuss with internal/external production crew before shoot.

**Production**:

- Ensure crew’s work meets expectations.
- To come down on set to project manage & resolve any issues on hand.
- Direct the shoot if need be.

**Post-production**:

- Constantly follow up with clients on their products.
- To have quality checks with inhouse crew.
- Prepare final deliverables for clients.
- After-sales service.

**Requirements**:

- Media Production or related diploma qualification.
- Portfolio is required.
- Can work well under fast paced environment.
- Able to be decisive and be friendly yet firm with clients.
- Intermediate-Expert experience in Premiere Pro.
- Up to 6 days work week with overtime compensation.
- A hands-on person with the ability to lead and guide external outsources.
- Effective people management skills.
- Well organised and up to date with current trends.
- Team-player; ability to collaborate well with co-workers and sales team.
