We’re hiring and currently seeking a qualified coach who can deliver a high-energy Muay Thai experience to our members.

**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for delivering our carefully designed workouts for small group classes. The position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time plus motivate multiple clients in a group setting.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to leading and motivate members through workouts
- Ability to helping members set and achieve goals
- Ability to demonstrate all exercise movements and monitor the exercise form of our members
- Assist sales associates with studio tours and sales
- Ensure the safety of participants in regard to exercise techniques
- Build attendance and retaining current members
- Be a team player

**Job Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching groups in the fitness industry
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels

**Job Type**:

- Variable hours
