About the company:

- Our client is a financial companies in Japan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learning MHCAP providing services such as Auto Lease, Short Term Rental, Car Trading and Motor Insurance.
- Taking care of existing customers including weekend phone call from customers
- Developing new customers.
- Communicate with car dealers to propose vehicles to customers.
- Need to get vehicle knowledge to propose to customers.
- Car collection & delivery for normal servicing
- Support making accident report.
- Arrangement vehicle services & repairs to our own workshop
- Maintain and improve our service quality - Provide the higher quality service to customers to improve customer satisfaction.
- Making reports and documents upon receiving management requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills
- With 2 - 4 years of working experience in car leasing is an advantage.
