Fleet Manager

We are looking for a **Fleet Manager** to take charge of **rider recruitment, fleet operations, and compliance** while driving efficiency and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Delivery Rider Hiring, Training & Management** - Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing fleet of delivery riders.
- **Fleet Management & Vehicle Operations** - Oversee motorcycle rental fleet, ensuring maintenance, safety, and optimal utilization.
- **Rental Compliance & Risk Management** - Enforce rental agreements, prevent fraud, and manage repossession and recovery cases.
- **Operations & Process Optimization** - Streamline workflows, implement tracking systems, and improve fleet efficiency.
- **Team Leadership & Business Growth** - Lead fleet coordinators, optimize rider performance, and scale rental operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Rider Recruitment & Managemen**t - Proven ability to hire, train, and retain a large fleet of riders.
- **Fleet Operations Expertise** - Experience managing motorcycle or vehicle rentals.
- **Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving** - Ability to handle rider disputes, repossession cases, and compliance issues.
- **Operational Efficiency** - Experience optimizing fleet usage, controlling costs, and implementing process improvements.
- **Leadership & Team Management** - Ability to motivate teams and improve performance in a fast-paced environment.
