**Role**:This is a role reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager on all aspects of order fulfilment and related customer service duties. This includes managing customer’s order, enquiries and providing after-sales support.
- Comply with all ordering processes to achieve quality customer service
- Coordinate and print order processing, delivery and returns of customer's order across all E-Commerce and sales platforms, with logistics department for warehouse pick and pack
- Attend to customer’s feedback and provide problems-solving responses
- Fulfilling and entry of customer’s order accurately.
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Liaising between customers and departments within the company.
- Montior stock levels based work with production department to ensure adequate stock is available for upcoming orders
- **Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, F&B related. Equivalent qualification in other discipline will also be considered
- High level of discipline and attention to detail required
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
