As a Data Analyst, you will collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide the team and Management with valuable information that they can use to improve operational and businesses practices and trends.

Your main duties include identifying, gathering, analyzing data and making their insights accessible to the company through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports. From time to time, you may also be required to assist the IT Engineer in supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

A successful Data Analyst must be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) to manage and resolve conflicts. To quickly establish trust and confidence in their abilities, the individual will work collaboratively, and must be able to communicate effectively with the Client, Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, as well as the equipment vendors and their agents.

**Responsibilities Specific to the Role**:

- Develops and manages data dictionaries and documentation of data reporting standards
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize and interpret business data in supporting business decision making
- Collaborate effectively on team projects and work autonomously on individual work as appropriate
- Assist IT Engineer to provide IT support by monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Experience developing data models and dashboards
- Expert-level proficiency in designing and building data models to enable optimal use -P6 knowledge highly desirable
- Experience gathering business requirements for reporting needs
- Strong attention to detail and managing time efficiently
- Strong collaboration skills
- Highly responsive and driven individual for a demanding work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience
