**Your background**

**Required Skills**:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business controls, governance and/or risk management.
- Ability to be flexible in support of the maturing organization with an enterprise scope and mandate.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and partners, and effectively challenge when necessary.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Effectively communicate to inform, influence, and resolve key issues in a timely manner with all levels of the organization

Desired Skills:

- Work experience in exam and/or regulatory management
- Understanding of outsourcing (third party/inter-affiliate) requirements, including contracts, services, and change management
- Understanding of Inter-affiliate Service relationships between legal entities of the Company
- Understanding of enterprise lines of business and global operations
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Services Taxonomy

**What you can expect**

The Outsourcing Framework and Business Controls team delivers Enterprise Services Framework and Inter-affiliate Outsourcing Program governance and oversight to ensure an effective control environment. The Outsourcing Framework and Business Control consultant role will will work closely with partners and teammates to support maturation of program capabilities, regulatory inquires, internal audits and oversight of business control activity.

**What you will do**
- Managing risk-mitigating activities within the programs
- Supporting high-priority efforts, including issue remediation, strategic initiatives and process enhancements
- Supporting coordination and management of regulatory inquires, audits, exams and providing response guidance to Front Line Units (FLU), Control Functions (CF) and Entity partners
- Engaging with business partners in both US and international locations to represent programs and corresponding requirements
- Understanding regulatory and internal issues management protocols and processes
- Identifying emerging issues and proactively managing functional and internal timelines, as well as risks, issues and dependencies
- Maintaining effective reporting and communication routines to achieve understanding of oversight activities
- Supporting policy and standard adherence activities and oversight routines, including assessment of laws, rules, and regulations
