DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/ Manager, Segment & Market Development

RESPONSIBILITIES
SMD focusses on increasing giving activity on giving.sg through data informed strategies for markets (charities) and segments (givers) cultivation and development.

We are looking for an individual contributor with strong relationship management skills as well as solid strategic reasoning and data analysis experience to support the team through development of giving.sg charities and their fundraising efforts via giving.sg.

**Market Development**:

- Manage of portfolio of giving.sg charities to provide advisory services and steward their growth.
- Act as a first point of contact for giving.sg charities seeking support.
- Gather feedback and insights on giving.sg charities to understand challenges and needs and assist SMD in delivering the relevant solutions.
- Support the development of relevant programmes and events to build NPO fundraising capabilities on Giving.sg
- Maintain a calendar of NPO campaigns on GSG to maximise potential to increase public support.

**Data Analysis**
- Analyse giving.sg platform data and charity activity to best segment charities for support and engagement.
- Deliver data driven insights on best strategies for charity cultivation.
- Deliver regular data reports and highlight key trends and patterns in fundraising via giving.sg
- Stay up to date with relevant digital fundraising trends and identify ways to engage and uplift charities.
- Analyse corporate giving activity and behaviour on giving.sg to develop acquisition and retention strategies.

**Other**:

- Additional support as required by the Deputy Director, SMD
- Administrative and Project Management support for wider Partnership Group projects, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in the nonprofit space but not essential
- Minimum 3 years in Partnership/Stakeholder management or sales account management
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong execution, time-management and prioritization skills, with emphasis on attention to details
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity in the context of stakeholder management (and be able to confidently engage with senior level stakeholders)
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills
- Possess empathy to understand needs and creativity to work out various options for stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive in reporting ideas, status or issues.
