Our Client is a newly established Japanese consulting firm that is derived from a Japanese bank, and they are hiring a consultant who is passionate to expand their business in Singapore. As a consultant of the consulting unit, various consulting(cost reduction strategy, governance reconstruction support, Business process reengineering, Education and Training Business, etc.), M&A, Investment/Fund Business, developing a loan portfolio, managing client relationships, business development, and undertaking duties for the management and Head Office in Japan to generate revenue.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Managing relationships and new business development with clients as a consultant.
- Undertaking any other related tasks and duties assigned by the management and Head office in Japan.
- Execution support of various consulting(cost reduction strategy, governance reconstruction support, Business process reengineering, Education and Training Business, etc.)
- M&A, Investment/Fund Business
- Brushing up a good working knowledge of various industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations in Southeast Asia.
- Analyzing data to identify problem areas. Developing plans to implement solutions.
- Meeting with customers, discussing their business situation and financial detail, and proving appropriate advice.
- Ensuring management reports, agreements, and all other required documents are reviewed and stored for record keeping.
- Gathering survey of market information in each country, mainly in Southeast Asia
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum degree holder from a recognized university, preferably finance, accountancy or economics.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a consulting firm.
- Proficient in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2) to liaise with Japanese native interval/external counterparts.
- Knowledge of relevant data analysis and research procedures, writing and communication skills
- Understanding of Financial markets and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & strong Excel skills
- Able to communicate and collaborate with other divisions.
