Job Description_
- In order to achieve the academic, operational, and financial goals of the school,_
- the Principal will oversee the academic and non-academic team as they carry_
- out their professional duties and obligations._
- Roles & Responsibilities_
- _Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the_
- preschool._
- _Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and_
- other regulatory requirements, where applicable._
- _Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters and mentor teachers in_
- all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and_
- evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competencies._
- _Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns/issues/feedback are_
- addressed on a timely basis appropriately._
- _Set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent_
- management._
- _Oversees implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives and events._
- Ensure optimization of centre resources._
- Job Requirements_
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership_
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage_
- Minimum 1 year of teaching and management experience in a preschool_
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy_
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills_

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
