**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Centre for Global Education & Opportunities (GEO).
- Develop, grow and administer semester outbound exchange student programmes, work closely with SMU schools and other units in this regard.
- Forge partnerships and maintaining good working relations with partner universities.
- Provide (academic and administrative) advisory and support services to students - locally and when they are overseas, including responding to and management of student emergencies.
- Marketing programmes to students, including organising events/fairs, dialogue sessions, and producing programme collaterals, as well as engaging students via social media.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Degree
- Familiar with the international education sector - locally and broad, and with experience in developing and running international student programmes at tertiary level.
- Experienced, confident and effective in working in cross-cultural settings.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and keen appreciation of good documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good combination of high intelligence, emotional and cultural quotient
- Team player.
