Job Description

About the Role

You will be part of the Retail Leasing department at SingPost Centre (SPC), responsible for formulating and executing retail leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships at the mall.

Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to retail space requirements.

This position calls for a highly-energetic, driven professional with a diverse industry network; possesses analytical, communication and collaboration skills as well as experience in leasing. You will report to the Leasing Manager.
- Achieve optimum mall occupancy/revenue
- Plan and implement the tenancy mix at SPC. Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at SPC. Constantly strengthen and refresh trade mix with new and exciting retail concepts
- Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals at SPC
- Establish strong network with retailers and tenants and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Track and analyze the sales performance of tenants
- Lease management and administration
- Assist on yearly budgeting, forecast with respect to income arising from Leasing activities

What You Need To Have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling leases in retail malls
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Good MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good stakeholder management and communications skills
