**Job Summary**:
We are seeking highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) specializing in **oil refineries **, **bio-chemical processes **, and **pharmaceutical industries **to provide in-depth expertise and support for our technical, operational, and strategic projects. As an SME, you will play a pivotal role in guiding decision-making, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Provide expert-level knowledge on processes, equipment, and technologies specific to oil refineries, bio-chemical production, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies and solutions to optimize performance, reduce costs, and ensure safety.
- **Operational Support**:Support operations teams in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis for critical issues.
Design and implement strategies for process improvement, scalability, and sustainability.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure all processes, designs, and operations meet local and international regulatory and environmental standards.
Assist in audits, risk assessments, and certifications for respective industries.
- **Collaboration and Training**:Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- **Project Involvement**:Lead or support projects related to new installations, expansions, or transitions to greener and more sustainable solutions.
Contribute to feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and business development initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields.
Doctorate or industry certifications (e.g., API, PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- **Experience**:10+ years of proven experience in oil refinery operations, bio-chemical processes, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Demonstrated expertise in handling complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Deep understanding of process design, control systems, and equipment in the respective domain.
Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or Pharma software).
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency, and waste management.
- **Soft Skills**:Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Adaptable to diverse work environments and cultural settings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in cross-functional teams or global operations.
- Active involvement in professional organizations or research communities.

Part time / Free Lance

$40 to $70 per hour.
