QA Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to coordinate and liaise between internal members such as OPS packers, admin and or logistic coordinators, as well as QC team
- Conduct daily quality checking of inspection reports from Kizeo done by QC team to ensure documentation standards
- Monitor the distribution of all the company quality documentation including revising W.I whenever necessary
- Monitor and check the accuracy of the done reports by QC team daily
- Update quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements as per assigned by executive and manager
- Revise department’s work instructions according to job-flow changes or as per customer requirements
- Able to perform role of QC inspector to conduct routine inspections when required
- Perform Y7 under SAP for NC crates
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by Executive or Manager

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
- Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
- 5-day work week - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Friday)

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
