Work closely with teachers and IT support team to facilitate the teaching and learning of ICT lessons for students in both academic and non-academic areas.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Identify and design support structures/strategies/resources.
- Provide technical support in Computer Labs and/or individual and small-group teaching that meets students’ learning needs.
- Design and develop lesson packages to support individual and small-group teaching.
- Monitor the effectiveness of teaching support provided for students regularly and recommend improvements to enhance students’ learning.
- Provide support to ICT department in its initiatives, projects, and assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent in Information Technology.
- Possess proficient knowledge and skills in MS Office, Computer Basics, Video/Audio editing, and Basic Programming.
- Resilient individual with a passion for working with students.
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
