Marine Sales Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with sales & service team to provide pre and post technical sales support
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, review project specifications, prepare sales quotations, etc.
- Coordinate with customers to facilitate the planning and scheduling of activities prior to commencement of work, ensure permit-to-work/ relevant approvals are obtained
- Liaise with internal departments to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationships
- Provide regular reports and updates on ongoing jobs

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years or more related experience working with customers in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore, Heavy Machinery or other industrial sectors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong sense of urgency, meticulous, excellent follow up skills and negotiation skills.
