**Working days**: 5-6 days a week

**THE JOB**:

- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, bleaching, highlights, treatments, and styling.
- Conduct consultations to understand each client's needs and preferences.
- Recommend hair care and styling products tailored to individual hair types.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for salon tools and workstations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professional service and personal rapport.
- Upsell salon products and services to increase revenue.
- Follow all health and safety regulations as required by local laws.
- Participate in ongoing training and salon meetings.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role.
- Certification from a cosmetology or hair styling school.
- Solid knowledge of hair types, scalp care, and chemical treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Maintain a strong repeat customer rate by building rapport and trust with clients.
- Consistently deliver precise, on-trend cuts, styles, and treatments with mínimal corrections or redos.
- Adhere strictly to client briefs while offering professional advice when needed.
- Ensure tools are properly cleaned and sterilized between clients.
- Complete services within the allocated time frame to maintain daily appointment flow.
- Demonstrate ongoing learning by introducing new styles or techniques in client offerings.
- Support team members in salon operations and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere.
