Qc Engineer

The quality engineer role is central to the success of the company. As the gate keepers of safety, standards, and operational effectiveness it is imperative our products do as they are specified in the manner expected without harm or unexpected action that may cause harm. The Quality engineering team are tasked with ensuring these standards are met as well as being responsible for continuously feeding back ideas and improvements to engineering and manufacturing that would affect future products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Devise test plan and review specifications for products or processes.
- Work closely with engineering team to improve product quality based on testing results & critical component qualification process.
- Develop exceptional handling test cases to ensure the robustness of the system during alternative scenarios.
- Manage the qualification of new and existing suppliers/input materials.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Keep on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Conscientious and responsible.
- Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality control
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Statistical Tools.
- Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read design drawings.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Diplomas/BSc in Engineering or relevant field/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
