**Main Responsibilities:
To manage, direct and control maintenance programmes at the vendor locations to ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with the maintenance budget/cost constraints, schedule, configuration requirements and quality standards. Ensure programs are in full compliance with contract requirements, specifications and Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's).

This includes:

- Review of records for all major repair, major alteration and all AD related work cards to ensure compliance with FAA approved data.
- Conduct in process and verification surveillance of work performed on aircraft to ensure compliance with approved data and company policy and procedures.
- Conduct annual and quarterly audits at vendor maintenance facilities.
- Provide QA support to onsite Project Managers and Engineering staff.
- Provide QA support to vendor production and QA staff regarding airworthiness, legal fitness and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with visiting FAA representatives.
- Issue of "Corrective Action Request” for audit findings and review and acceptance of the vendors’ responses.
- Input surveillance data in the QA data base, generate reports and metrics of vendor performance.
- Participate in and chair monthly quality focus meetings to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- FAA A& P license
- Level III C.A.S.E. auditor or good familiarity with the C.A.S.E 1A Standard
- Airline experience in Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
- Previous experience in auditing
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and C.A.S.E.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and be flexible
- Ability to adjust to language and cultural differences
