**About our group**:
The Process Failure Analysis team is responsible for the product yields and the performance of the products during our manufacturing and testing processes. We perform data mining and physical failure analysis of defects on disks. We also track and report closely the yields and set targets for the factory.

**About the role - you will**:
The role of Senior FA Engineer consists of tracking the yields of the products, analyzing excursions and defects through complex data mining via tools such as Tableau, and failure analysis defect characterization by means of microscopes, Candelas, and AFM.

**About you**:
**Your experience includes**:

- Ability to look at trends and carry out data mining via obtaining a relevant data set from the evidence observed from the trends for data mining to drill down to the root cause of the issue, and to provide conclusions and directions for the factory to solve the issues, be it due to machines, materials, environments or people related.
- Have a keen eye for detecting anomalies whether in data sets or in physical images. Experience in using Candela and AFM besides microscope is a plus.

**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore. housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
