At** dci.ai **we are building Southeast Asia’s most advanced Digital Commerce Intelligence platform that enables brands & retailers to better understand and effectively drive their eCommerce performance. To support our ambitious expansion, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our business team.

**What we do**

**What You'll Do**

As part of the growing business team at DCI you will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization. You will ensure monthly & weekly data maintenance and validation of business numbers. You will conduct root cause analysis by digging into of issues using data when an issue is triggered. You will track and analyze key metrics, implement, and manage reports and dashboards ensuring business teams and clients have access to key data. Part of this role includes engagement with external stakeholders and clients and work on their queries and deliverables.
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst
- Basics of SQL and PowerBI for extraction and analysis of data
- Ability to work across cross-functional technology and business teams as well as work independently.
- Ability to be creative and come up with original and innovative ideas and solutions and to adopt points of view outside the usual parameters
- Accountability and ownership are very important personal characteristics
- Ability to manage and work in a fast paced environment
- Work in the context of eCommerce or FMCG is a plus
- Degree in Business, Retail or Market Research related fields
