As a beautician at Reneu Skin & Wellness, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of face and body treatments to clients, ensuring high-quality service, excellent hygiene standards, and personalized care. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve personal and team targets, and build client loyalty through professional consultation and outstanding service.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Facial & Skincare Treatments**
- Perform customized facial treatments based on skin analysis and client needs.
- Operate facial machines and tools (e.g. ultrasound, RF, vacuum suction).
- Recommend suitable home care products to enhance treatment results.

**Body Bojin**
- Perform body treatments Bojin (if trained).

**Eyelash & Eye Area Services**

**(If applicable)**
- Provide eyelash lifting, eyelash extension (classic, volume), or eyebrow shaping services.

**Customer Consultation & Service**
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client concerns.
- Provide honest recommendations and propose suitable packages or promotions.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and handle basic service recovery if needed.

**Hygiene & Centre Duties**
- Ensure treatment rooms and tools are sanitized after each client.
- Assist in front desk tasks when necessary (appointment handling, etc.).Adhere to company protocols, service SOPs, and safety guidelines.

**Job Requirements**

**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in a similar role preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
- Able to perform facials, bojin, or eyelash services (training can be provided).

**Skills & Traits**
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willing to learn, improve, and contribute to team goals.
- Sales knowledge and target-driven mindset is a plus.

**Other Requirements**
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Bilingual (e.g., English & Chinese) is an advantage for communicating with diverse clients.
