Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore
Position: Full-Time Personal Trainer
Base Salary: SGD 3,000-5,000 per month (SGD1200 base + commission)
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement customized training programs for clients across all fitness levels.
- Provide motivation, guidance, and constructive feedback to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and refine training programs.
- Collaborate with the Athlèse team to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- Drive client engagement and contribute to the growth of Athlèse’s reputation as a premier fitness studio.
**Requirements**:
- Certification in personal training (ACE or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and connect with clients.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
**Benefits**:
