We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of Desktops, Notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative And technical matters. Accountabilities includes:

- Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated Peripherals.
- Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
- Performs maintenance and repair services.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact Product performance.
- Applies specialized knowledge to coordinate day-to-day work. -Knowledge of related regulations and standards. -Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement.
- Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments. -Projects and assignments are typically non-routine and variable in nature.
