**Job Role
As Field Technician, you will attend to clients and provide maintenance services for AV equipment (hardware, software and infrastructure) through investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolutions. You will work with Fortune 500 clients and MNCs and be at the forefront of the industry with exposure to latest technology and solutions in AV and system integration.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Create and maintain documentation for client AV hardware and software
- Manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all Audio-Visual systems and conference rooms
- Identify and recommend system improvements and enhancements for audio visual systems
- Troubleshoot and install Audio and Videoconferencing systems
- Ability to create, read and utilize blue prints and audio/video flow diagrams
- Perform networking troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IPs
- Interface with manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to provide resolutions for highly complex systems and to provide support and maintenance of audio visual equipment
- Manage the relationship with vendors and their support team, including incident resolution, and escalating issues that require immediate resolution
- Provide technical support and training on basic AV usage to customers as needed
- Provide audio and video support for conference and townhall meetings as and when reuired
- Responsible for identifying defective or failed equipment and work with customer service to resolve with supplier

**We welcome experienced personnel in AV field and those who have In depth knowledge of Video conferencing technologies to join us. Certifications in Crestron and Extron will be an added advantage.
