**Overall Job Objectives**
Responsible for Bidding Sales and Marketplace Operations

**Core Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day business operations for vehicle bidding with insights, business planning and KPI management
- In-charge of the daily lead generation, bidding operations, customer service, SOP documentation, maintenance and performance
- Participate in initiatives crucial for bidding growth and design optimal workflows with clear scopes and actionable milestones that others can follow and execute easily
- Assist inautomation and enhancement projects for bidding to drive strategic and operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Foster communications and collaboration between relevant departments to drive alignment and ensure that projects’ requirements are met
- Ideate and design new features and enhancements proactively to provide an efficient internal process and a seamless experience for both dealers and users
- Identify potential roadblocks and devise contingency plans that will mitigate issues effectively during project implementation stages and bidding process
- Draw key insights from large datasets to discover trends, identify bottlenecks and uncover opportunities for operational improvements
- Daily Marketplace Core Business as usual (BAU)

**Job specifications**
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles ideally in the eCommerce/tech and/or automotive environment preferred
- Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) and PowerPoint skills
- Have a “identify the possible improvements in the system” attitude
- Knowledge of data management is a big plus
- Analytical thinker and comfortable to work with large data set
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Able to operate under pressure; assertive; hands-on; dynamic and self-initiated
- Self-motivated and get-it-done attitude. You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
