**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for our next team member to drive global demand for AMD-based HPi products and regional sell-out BDE within the HPi GAM team. The Sales Account Manager will drive sales and grow market share of AMD PC client and graphics. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, partnerships and market approach to drive customer relationships and revenue.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Define and implement sales-out strategies and quality account plans that grow revenue base and market share across Asia markets including Australia-New Zealand, South East Asia, Korea, Japan, China and India
- Assess, mentor and grow the regional sales managers to drive revenue growth and market share
- Define and execute the regional enterprise, government, SMB, Retail and Consumer sales-out strategy with OEM - HPi
- Grow consumer, commercial, workstation CPU & GPU sales & market share
- Be part of a global AMD HPi GAM sales-out team and work with a network of sales-out specialists, FAEs and generalists to drive the customer’s direct sales bid participation and distribution/partner sales opportunities
- Partner with executives, pre-sales and product marketing organizations on business growth opportunities
- Manage quarterly MDF budget allocations across Asia countries in conjunction with HPI region/country category and alliance teams
- Expand business relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Establish a quarterly business review cadence with HP Category, HP Sales Leadership and AMD Executives
- Organize and support events and training and leverage AMD marketing & event teams to enhance AMD presence and amplify the partnership
- Work closely with AMD Business Units to ensure the necessary operations requirements are in place to drive efficient transactions with the customer
- Coordinate and close sales pipeline opportunities between the customer’s regional teams and AMD
- Funnel new market opportunities to the AMD design-in and business unit teams
- Develop cross-division partnerships to establish synergistic solutions for large customers
- Actively mine for future opportunities, Analyze market share trends, assess risks, dissect and learn from key wins/loss
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, building and leading a winning global team
- GAM Sales Experience: Proven sell-out or product experience in global sales, preferably with a background in semiconductors in the enterprise and commercial segment
- Partner Experience: Strong historical interaction and relationships with MNCs/OEMs
- Organizational Experience: Demonstrated effectiveness working in a cross-matrix structure
- Product Experience: Expert sales knowledge of the following: Client PCs, Graphics, and Silicon
- Strategic Experience: Understanding of the products and the market, including software ecosystems for clients
**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:
BSEE or relevant technical degree; MSEE or MBA is preferred/desirable.
