**Responsibilities**:
- Manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters, offering both technical and non-technical solutions and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination
- Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning
- Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Salary package commensurate with experience
