Job Summary & Responsibilities- Supports the Applications Lab for live demo with customer and provides execution support when required.
- Interface with external customers and internal departments to best determine equipment specifications.
- Perform experiments and/or analytical investigations within guidelines supplied by senior engineers.
- Report on results of experiments, tests and studies, provide preliminary interpretation.
- Aid in design and development of new equipment or redesign of existing systems to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate with external sales personnel and internal departments to determine customer needs.- Will be required to work with Marketing to generate data for conferences and magazine articles
- Demonstrate systems to customers and provide customer training to ensure systems are being used effectively.
- Up to 30% travel is required with extended stays at customer locations

**Qualifications**:

- Master or Associates degree preferred, will consider experience versus degree
- 5 years process engineering experience with wafer or panel manufacturing facility
- 3 years hands on experience with Steppers and good knowledge of photolithography
- Support lithography demo lab experience
- Good English written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to work with limited direction and take initiative to solve problems
- Can function under pressure
- Can work with team in the field without any problem
