Programme Executive (Employment Outreach - Persons with Disabilities)
(1-year contract) - Lakeside

The Programme Executive will reach out to community partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities. He/she liaises and collaborates with key partners to showcase best practices on inclusive employment and organises employment and employability related outreach events.

**Reporting Address**: Beside Lakeside MRT at 111A Yuan Ching Road, Singapore 619606

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective outreach and engagement plans with community partners.
- Consistently work with community partners and training partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities.
- Organise learning journey to share best practices on inclusive employment to community partners.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of outreach and engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive collaborations.
- Experience in working with people with disabilities is preferred.
