Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy for the company's Facebook page with the goal of increasing sales and engagement.
- Creating engaging and informative content, including product promotions, customer success stories, and industry news to attract and retain customers on Facebook.
- Utilizing Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to track performance and adjust social media strategy as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints on the Facebook page.
- Developing and executing targeted Facebook ads and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- A successful track record in sales, specifically B2B or industrial/commercial equipment sales.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
