**_ What Will You Do?_**
- Responsible for handling full set of payroll duties/liaising with Payroll vendors for SEA countries (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, PHP & Indonesia)& Australia.- Back up person for NEA payroll (Japan, Taiwan & Korea) and liaising with payroll vendors- Update, maintain and ensure that all employees information and employee life cycle are accurately updated into the system- Responsible for monthly payroll run, covering payroll reports and budgets and overtime final computation, uploading bank file etc.- Handle all payroll matters and prepare and submit annual income tax.- Support annual & adhoc internal & external payroll audits. Responsible for new hire process (preparation of IT assets, collection of documents and creation of pfiles).- Submission of MOM/Government surveys- Support in payroll projects (Dayforce) across APAC- Support in general administrative duties (office pantry, cleaner, aircon etc) that may be assigned from time to time.**_Your Experience Should Be _**
- Atleast6-8years’ofrelevantexperience- Posses good knowledge and understanding of labor legislations- Proficient in MS office tools- Able to work under pressure, service oriented and eye for details- Experience in Successfactors or Dayforce will be an added advantage- Strong interpersonal skills, and positive attitude fostering teamwork- High level of professionalism and integrity whist maintaining confidentiality
