**Job Summary**: This is a Head of Asset Management role overseeing a portfolio of commercial and retail properties regionally.

As the Head, Asset Management, you will play a key functional role in enhancing the financial performance of the Company’s portfolio of property assets, through monitoring, reviewing and analysing the financial performances of a variety of commercial and retail assets and track and monitor plans and projects. You will recommend plans and strategies to enhance returns and achieve financial objectives and this include but is not limited to identification of AEI opportunities and proposing leasing strategies and lease management.

In addition to preparing periodic reports for Senior Management and Board of Directors, you will develop and monitor the hold-sell analysis for the Group’s portfolio of Investment Properties. You will also work with the Centre Management and overseas teams to produce annual budgets and asset plans as well as recommend strategies to improve property performance.

You are also required to provide support in valuation exercises, carry out market research for benchmarking of property performance and carry out due diligence of investment opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Good degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or related field disciplines
- Highly proficient in financial modelling and analytical work, including experience with numerical/analytical software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced dynamic environment.
