- **Service Deployment**:Configure, test, and activate telecommunication services, including voice, ethernet, and DWDM services.
Implement network solutions to meet customer specifications and contractual commitments.
Perform end-to-end service testing and troubleshooting during the provisioning phase.
Integrate new customer services into existing network infrastructure.
- **Technical Support**:Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams during service activation.
Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues within SLA guidelines.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for provisioning-related issues.
- **Collaboration**:Coordinate with network engineering and vendors for smooth service implementation.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to deliver seamless connectivity solutions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of provisioning processes and configurations.
Prepare and update technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
Generate reports on service delivery performance and provisioning timelines.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify areas for improvement in the provisioning process to enhance efficiency.

**Skills for Success**:

- Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
