Job Responsibilities:

- Main point of contact with external auditors for ISO 22000, Organic certifications and Halal certification. Basic knowledge of HACCP principles is necessary, training will be provided for additional technical knowledge on specific certifications
- Maintain and update production SOPs
- Maintain and update food safety management systems for all required certifications
- Follow up on food safety and hygiene reports
- Close monthly production records and feedback any findings to management
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in Food related QA/QC roles and working knowledge of HACCP or other food related certifications
- Possess leadership, strong communication and good inerpersonal skills
- Tidy and meticulous
- Working location: Woodlands Senoko
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM; Alt Sat: 8:30am - 12:30pm
