职责 Responsibilities
- 烹制素食菜肴
- Cook vegetarian dishes
- 炒制各种米粉、面条、米饭和粥
- Stir-fry or cook a variety of bee hoon, noodles, rice and porridge
- 设置工作站,准备所需的所有食材和烹饪设备
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- 确保所有食品均妥善存储在适当的温度下
- Ensure all food items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures
- 确保所有烹饪设备和物品都妥善存放
- Ensure all cooking equipment and items are stored properly
- 检查食材质量
- Check quality of ingredients
- 协助监控库存并下订单(如有需要)
- Assist in monitor stock and place order, if required
- 确保厨房环境的卫生和清洁
- Ensure sanitization, cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment
- 上级分配的任何其他临时任务
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign by the Superior
入职要求 Entry Requirements
- 优先考虑有素食烹饪经验的人
- Prefer to have relevant experience in cooking vegetarian food
- 能够遵守所有卫生程序
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- 保持良好的个人卫生
- Maintain a good personal hygiene
- 完成中学教育
- Complete Secondary level
- 必须能够在周末和公共假期工作
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- 能立即上班者优先考虑
- Able to commence work immediately is preferred
