**Job Scopes & Responsibilities**

The trainee will be put in Rotating programme for the first 12-18 months to earn working experience on a range of functions such as Ship Operations, Business Analysis, Risk and Research.
- Practice in job rotation across different departments to understand all functions within the company.
- Learn about the trade capture process and familiarize with trading contract and charter party clauses.
- Ensure thorough and accurate follow-up, execution, and closure of all contracts.
- Analyze supply and demand, survey market conditions, and other economic with the help of data sciences.
- Communicate and interact with other teams timely and effectively such as Risk Management, Analytics, Operations, and Finance.
- Work on daily, weekly and monthly performance and Risk Management reports.
- Learn on the job from experts, developing technical and soft skills and receiving coaching from line managers and peers.
- Other works and assignments as assigned by line managers.

**Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications)**
- Minimum Degree in Maritime Studies or in relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- 0-3 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter, strong team player.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, price-volatile, changing environment.
- Geographically mobile and willingness to travel.
- Business fluency in English. Any other language a strong plus.
