Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking a **Planner (Temp)** that will help in assembly planning activities.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure customer on-time delivery meeting AOP target;
- Control inventory & minimize E&O at acceptable level to meet AOP target;
- Maximize revenue to meet/exceed AOP target;
- Manage Production Schedule according to demand and supply;
- Liaise with Buyers and ensure materials availability at all times;
- Liaise with production to ensure Production Order WIP transactions are done properly in SAP in order to complete and close on-time;
- Include material loading, job card tracking, parts monitoring, capacity landscape, OTD, inventory & revenue;
- Manage material re-scheduling, leverage loading base on resource capacity;
- Liaise with engineer, production, quality & all others related functional section on all planning activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
- At least more than 2 years experiences in Planning & Costing;
- Good knowledge on MRP system preferred;
- Assertive, self-motivate and independent;
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
