The **Group Community and Culture Director, Mandala Club **is responsible for both the group-wide acquisition, curation and engagement of a world class community, and the world-class programming and cultural content that ensures Mandala Club remains at the community of choice for the region’s most dynamic and engaged individuals. Membership, partnership and sales verticals report directly to this role.

You oversee the Membership, Culture, Partnership and the NFT Teams. As a leader you bring to life the Mandala Way and express our values through everything you do and you create a high performance culture.

While overseeing your teams, you will PERSONALLY own and drive the strategy around sales of founding memberships, a 5-10mil SGD opportunity at each new club.

You take inspiring leadership of membership engagement, curation, and retention teams, as well as all cultural programming and content teams. Combined, the network’s membership community and cultural programming are joined up, relevant, thought-leading and provide the principal driver to membership desirability from the inside, and out.

The Club’s content pillars have come to create a useful and understandable structure to the Club’s programming. Of note, ESG, Tech/Web 3 and women’s empowerment remain front and centre of the community agenda. Your programming decisions lean into these cultural zeitgeists.

You work closely with the marketing team to ensure that content is amplified in service of driving desirability, and that members remain highly engaged in all forms of content, much of which they themselves lead. You are an arbiter of taste, trends and - where required - restraint and cultural nuance. You make decisions with a sensitivity to bigger picture impacts.

You are an inspiring leader with a spring in your step, glint in your eye and fire in your belly that has come to define everything that we as a Club and community have become known for. You are not afraid to put yourself in the heart of the action, standing shoulder to shoulder with teams and members in support of dynamic connections and content.

**1) **Lead membership acquisition and engagement across the network**
- Define membership acquisition strategy across network and align in-market teams to targets and execution. This includes annual and ongoing budget setting/management.
- Overall accountability of community metrics:

- Growth/acquisition
- Cancellations/Lapsed memberships
- Community engagement and desirability (determined by twice-annual members survey)
- New Club pre-launch acquisition and engagement, including Founding Member Tier of membership.
- Ensure membership community demographics remain in line with Group ambition.
- Overall leadership of Club Membership committees. Ensuring effective engagement and empowerment, including community curation and screening of all applicants.

**2) **Lead Mandala Club’s network-wide Cultural Programming**
- Define cultural calendar and programming strategy with on-ground managers, aligned to the Club’s pillars, and with key topics in mind, which will alter from location to location. This includes annual and ongoing budget setting/management.
- Work alongside marketing teams to ensure rationale, timely planning, effective execution, marketing prioritization and quality evaluation of all activation.
- Overall accountability for member engagement of cultural calendar of programming, that is optimized across the network, amplified as fully as appropriate, and is sensitive to cultural nuance.
- Be an arbiter of taste and trends to ensure Mandala Club is always pushing boundaries and at the front of popular culture, in a way that’s relevant to its member’ base.
- Ensure seamless member/consumer communication across Club and Special Projects.
- Ensure Club programming remains in line with Group ambition.
- A principal decision-maker in major sponsorship/brand collaboration opportunities, brought to the Club via in-house or agency partners alike.

**3) **Founder Membership Sales - a personal KPI**
- In each city we enter with Mandala Club, we will look to sell between 50 and 100 Founder Memberships which will come with perks and an equity stake in the club itself. We will look to raise between SGD5-10m in each city.
- The Head of Community will be directly responsible for targeting high net worth and influential people in each city to build an exclusive community within the community.
- Working closely with the founders, stakeholders and membership team for lead gen and tapping your own network, you will be responsible for lead development, persistent follow up and conversion of leads to sales.
- Responsible for curating inspiring events to help close leads.
- Working closely with Director of Community to deliver on our promises to the community for engagement and unique experiences, such that we create an aspirational product. As well as enhanced community engagement for all “FOUNDERS”
