**Job Description & Requirements**

Report to Admin Team, responsible for the efficient operation of the Parts Warehouse to meet the needs of the Service Department for parts requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
- Ensure that every item in the warehouse is accounted for and is correctly binned
- Attend to the parts enquiry and requisition of the Service Department
- Source for unavailable parts and follow up on outstanding order
- Report on VOR cases and parts lost sales
- Ensure all parts returned are in good condition before acceptance
- Plan work schedule for maintenance, unpacking, binning, delivery and receipt of goods
- Submit claims on any discrepancy or damage of parts
- Carry out stock reconciliation and prepare for stock adjustment
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the Superior

**Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum qualification: Secondary
- Medically fit to carry heavy automotive (trucks) components

**Skill Requirements**
- Basic Communication skills in English verbally and in writing; other languages will be an added advantage
- Automotive working background to be avoided
- Willing to work in Tuas area

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month
