**Duties**:

- A Full Time Sandwich Artist performs a variety of duties relating to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) -including greeting and serving guests and to perform tasks advised by shift in charge when needed.
- Prepares food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Practice proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing and serving food.
- Must be able work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items. Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
- Accounts for all forms of money, bread, etc. during the shift
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Performs paperwork duties as assigned.
- Learns and practices all store Open & Closing Procedures
