**Responsibilities**:
- To assist the doctor in the treatment room with the aesthetics procedure.
- To be attentive to the doctor's needs while helping them during the treatment.
- To provide direct support and assistance to the doctor.
- To prepare equipment or other instruments for the doctor before the start of each procedure.
- To assist in dispensing medications from aesthetics when instructed by the doctor.
- To provide a high standard of customer service to patients.
- To work closely with patients throughout the intake process to help the doctor develop treatment plans and strategies and to ask patients questions about current symptoms, medical histories, and medications to provide doctors with a complete understanding of a patient's current medical needs and background.
- To follow up with patients to determine whether courses of treatment are effective and assess patients during follow up appointments.
- Clinic assistants contribute to successful long
- and short-term treatment by carefully observing patients on initial and follow-up visits.
- To provide professional recommendations on treatment and products to patients.
- To follow proper disposal procedures for potentially hazardous materials, including needles and tubing and clean equipment that multiple patients use within the facility.
- To manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the treatment rooms and clinic before and after each procedure.
- To ensure that the facilities are clean and clean up, sanitize, and sterilize all the equipment used after each procedure.
- Conduct daily checks for all the temperatures on the fridges.
- To provide administrative support in operations and patient care, including handling registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
- To keep track of stock levels and making orders when instructed.
- To achieve and exceed sales targets.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Aesthetic Industry is required for this position.
- Solid knowledge in the Aesthetic Industry is required.
- Possess relevant beauty and service-related qualifications such as CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / WSQ/ ITEC, etc.
- Good business acumen with a passion for the beauty/aesthetics industry.
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, customer-focused, sales-driven individual.
- Pleasant personality and hardworking.
- Attention to detail.
- Dedicated, resourceful, service-oriented, and active.
- Motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
- Maintain good communication and teamwork with co-colleagues.
