1. Role Description
- Building Drafter is required to travel to project/ construction site for meeting/ verification of his own drawings

and also internal meeting with team to ensure that his drawings are up to date and all measurements are

accurate. Building Drafter is expected to attend to the project drawing needs and to meet project submission

dateline. He should posses good autocad skills, any 3d skills will be added advantage.

2. Specific Responsibilites
- Individual to be involved in:
1. Prepare detail drawings for existing and new projects

2. Participate in tendering processes

3. Supporting the activities of ongoing and new projects

4. Prepare tender documents and detailed drawing for submission

5. Attending weekly meetings and visits to construction sites

6. Work closely with clients, owners, architects and sub contractors to develop lasting relationship over time

7. Participate in and at times, lead the estimating/ budgeting process for competitive proposals
3. Competencies

1. Superior mathematical and analytical skills, natural drawing abilities and excellent hand-eye coordination
2. Well-developed skills in computer-aided drafting (CAD)
3. Ability to draw precise specifications
4. Able to draw manually favorable, but not essential
5. Ability to work in a team and on your own
6. Ability to respond well to critism and maintain a positive attitude
