**About the Role**
We are looking for a Games Producer to join the Publishing team. Reporting to the Head of Studio & Publishing, you will support the team throughout the games production process, from ideating game ideas, identifying potential outsourcing teams to build the game, all the way to the games’ release and live phases.

DESIGNATION : Game Producer / Publishing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a constant pipeline of games to build
- Build game design documents for your games
- Identify external teams to build your games, and manage them
- Supervise the production of your games and stick to strict, highly ambitious timelines
- Analyze KPIs for given games to determine their health and publishing potential
- Build trust relationships and work closely with multiple game developers in the region to provide game design recommendations to improve retention and monetization of games
- Supervise game testing and iterations to get games ready to launch
- Identify market trends and keep an eye on competitive intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in casual or hyper-casual game production
- Proven experience with mobile games development
- Familiar with game design fundamentals
- Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, autonomous and detail orientated
- Highly comfortable with numbers, data and logical thinking
- Incredible coaching and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about mobile games
