Account Clerk

Position: Account Clerk

Salary Range: $1800-2500

Working Location: Arumugam Rd

Company Background: Interior Design Firm

Working days and hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payments invoices for subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare salary and staff medical documentation
- Purchase online items
- Assist with office admin tasks
- Support new staff onboarding
- Collaborate with HR Manager
- Scanning, making copies and date entry

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Know to use Xero account software

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Xero: 2 years (required)
