This role can be based in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand.

- **Become the Data Guru**: Uncover hidden gems in our sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales across APAC.
- **Architect of Action**: Spearhead the development of a comprehensive sales analytics strategy, creating dashboards and reports that empower our sales teams to make data-driven decisions.
- **From Insights to Impact**: Partner with sales leadership and reps to translate data insights into achievable sales strategies and tactics, ensuring every rep is equipped for success.
- **Communication Champion**: Become a master storyteller, crafting compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.

**Are You the One?**
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's a plus).
- You boast strong experience in sales analytics, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- You're a whiz with business analysis methodologies, B2B and medical sales processes, and the healthcare sales cycle.
- You're a SQL master, wielding it for data extraction and manipulation like a champion.
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) hold no secrets for you.
- You possess razor-sharp analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- You're a excellent communicator, with interpersonal and presentation skills that inspire action.
