**Job Title: Golf Professional - Junior Development and School Program Coordinator
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee the younger age groups junior coaching within the academy and ensure Leadbetter coaching standards are maintained
- Help to create and implement instructional curriculum for junior golf programs, competition and training camps
- Help to create and manage events for junior and school development program 30 hours per week of Junior/Schools coaching
- Monitor and track student progress with bi term student reports
- Prepare an annual plan for all junior development within the academy
- Liaise with the marketing team and Head of Junior Development for all material supporting growing the junior section
- Attend junior coaching seminars worldwide and liaise with other LGA locations on best practices
- Deliver golf instruction and professionalism in accordance with the Leadbetter academy instruction techniques and philosophies
- Maintain a full instructional schedule outside of administrative and organizational tasks
- Be punctual for all scheduled golf lessons/appointments and treat all customers with the utmost respect and professionalism.
- Assist to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Academy and practice facilities.
- Maintain knowledge base on all academy programs, principles, technology and instructional aides
- Work in a constructive manner with the instructional team to deliver consistent and seamless service/instruction to academy students and customers
- Develop and grow client base for private and group golf instruction by actively promoting the brand locally, knowledge of Mandarin is essential
- Assist to create and manage golfer engagement initiatives that increase their exposure to playing golf and competitions - both for juniors and adult golfers
- Develop, organize, and drive revenue generation from all instructional sources which include but are not limited to: private lessons, group lessons, junior lessons and clinics, corporate lessons and clinics, long-term stay, hotel stay & learn programs, school ECA programs
- Contribute to the Laguna Lifestyle Magazine with articles
- Take on any additional tasks as required by the Academy Director or Director of Golf from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Enrolled or completed Internationally recognized coaching certification, PGA or LPGA
- Minimum of 3 years coaching junior/school golf in an international environment
- Experience playing on a recognized professional tour
- Enrolled in the Leadbetter Certification program or already fully-certified
- Certification and knowledge of industry-leading technology/methods such as Launch monitors, video analysis
- Strong understanding of junior coaching and working with different age groups
- Demonstration of cultural understanding and sensitivity
- Proven experience developing and implementing Junior golf instructional programs
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) preferred
- English and Mandarin (spoken) preferred
- 6 days work week
